Jimmy Page was presented with the EMP Museum Founders Award November 19, 2015 at the EMP Museum in Seattle. The ceremony concluded with a surprise performance by Jimmy Page joined by an all-star band including Paul Rodgers, Paul Allen, Soundgarden’s Kim Thayil, Cheap Trick’s Rick Neilsen, Duff McKagan, Black Crowes’ Rich Robinson, Tesla’s Brian Wheat and more.

“Paying tribute to Jimmy by playing two songs we wrote in The Firm, Satisfaction Guaranteed and Radioactive. Thanks to The Black Crowes’ Rich Robinson, Tesla’s Brian Wheat and the other musicians who helped out. A magical night at the Experience Music Project in Seattle. When Jimmy took to the stage he surprised everyone. Paul Allen, founder of the EMP, also joined in on guitar and we jammed on Led Zeppelin’s song Rock & Roll. The event raised close to a million dollars for the kids music programs at the EMP. A Rock and Roll Experience for sure!” – Paul Rodgers
